I'm a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 18 years of experience working within the NHS across a variety of clinical specialties. For the past eight years, I have specialised in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, where I have found my passion in helping women overcome pelvic health concerns and regain confidence in their bodies.
I understand how much pelvic health symptoms can affect everyday life, impacting physical wellbeing, confidence and emotional health. Many women live with symptoms for months or even years before seeking help, often feeling embarrassed or believing they simply have to put up with them. My aim is to change that.
I provide a warm, welcoming and confidential space where you can feel comfortable discussing even the most sensitive concerns. Every assessment is tailored to your individual needs, and together we will develop an evidence-based treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.
I treat a wide range of pelvic health conditions for women, including:
• Pelvic floor weakness or overactivity
• Bladder problems, including urinary leakage, urgency and frequency
• Bowel problems, including faecal incontinence and constipation
• Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation)
• Pelvic organ prolapse
• Persistent pelvic pain
• Pelvic Girdle Pain (PGP)
• Coccyx (tailbone) pain
• Dyspareunia (pain during intercourse)
• Vaginismus
• Vulvodynia
• Rehabilitation following abdominal or pelvic surgery
Whether your symptoms have developed following pregnancy, surgery, menopause or for another reason, you don't have to manage them alone. My goal is to help you feel stronger, more confident and able to return to the activities that matter most to you.
Outside of work, I'm a busy mum to three children, so I understand the demands that family life can place on your body and wellbeing. I love spending time outdoors, whether that's walking, enjoying a leisurely run or taking the opportunity for a wild swim whenever I can. Staying active is an important part of my own life, and I'm passionate about helping others get back to doing the activities they love too.
