An Online Pilates class that takes your Pilates practice to the next level…! Advanced Pilates focuses on balance, body awareness, movement control, strength and mobility. A 6 week progressive programme, taught by an experienced physiotherapist, sports rehabilitation specialist and APPI Pilates Instructor. This course will help to improve your sporting performance and reduce incidences of injury by conditioning your body. The key elements of the Pilates method are incorporated – Breathing, Centering, Rib cage placement, Shoulder blade placement, Head and neck placement – which helps to improve posture and movement efficiency.
