A Pilates class taught online by our experienced Pilates Instructor, Laura. The key principles of the APPI Pilates method will be incorporated. Exercises focus on core strength, balance, mobility and posture. You will leave the class feeling energised and refreshed! Suitable for both beginners and intermediate level Pilates clients. Suitable for those recovering form injury and those who simply want to maintain/improve body conditioning and fitness.
