Saturday 17th April 9am
A clinical Pilates class taught by an experienced physiotherapist and APPI Pilates instructor. This class will incorporate the 5 key principles of the APPI Pilates method – Breathing, Rib cage placement, Centering, Head and neck placement, Shoulder blade placement. The exercises will address core strength, spinal mobility, general flexibility, coordination and proprioception.
