Pilates is a wonderful form of exercise for both rehabilitation but also maintaining and improving body strength, mobility, posture and balance. Enjoy this hour of Pilates instruction with our experienced instructor, Laura. You will leave feeling energised and stronger. The class is appropriate for beginners and intermediate clients.
