"I am a 73 year old survivor of a catastrophic car accident. For the past 2 years Tanya has worked with me to develop my strength, balance and general fitness. She is a total professional, planning, executing and measuring a programme of exercises which keep me stronger, mobile and active. Highly recommended for anybody who wants a ‘better body’ and a positive outlook."

"Tanya is without doubt the best massage therapist I have ever seen. She knows exactly what is required and the right areas to work on. I would recommend her to anyone, and frequently do!"
