Sarah qualified from The University of Cumbria wth a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree in 2009. She has worked both in Australia and the UK, across both musculoskeletal and Pelvic Health specilalisms, but has been very much Pelvic Health orientated for the last 7 years.
With over 12 years experience in this highly skilled area of practice, Sarah treats conditions including pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, faecal incontinence, sexual dysfunction, chronic pelvic pain, dyspareunia/vaginismus, Pre/postpartum musculoskeletal pain and men’s health conditions of a similar nature.
Sarah states that "..Pelvic health physio can dramatically improve symptoms but has the ability to hugely improve quality of life. It can be a sensitive subject, but by talking about it, using an holistic approach to treatment, and working through tailored exercises, it can really make a huge difference".
