"Following a fall in which l broke my shoulder and wrist l am receiving on going treatment from Helen. During my initial consultation l found Helen to be very supportive, caring and empathic...explaining the exercises and the methodology to enable me to function and make progress. My initial goals were achieved quickly and with Helen's friendly guidance my confidence has returned. I have already recommended Helen to friends and feel sure they will be reassured by her expertise and warm manner."

"A chance encounter with Helen on a totally unrelated level meant that when a short time later I got injured six weeks prior to the Chester Half Marathon, I had someone to contact for advice.
Helen was amazing. I immediately felt at ease with her during the initial consultation and her assessment and subsequent treatment was underpinned by sound knowledge and expertise. I put my faith into Helen to get me back on the road and following her instructions in between Physio sessions meant that I was ultimately able to complete the half with my team mates raising a significant amount of money for a local charity.
Helen has subsequently gone on to treat my running buddies and members of all our families with great success and they all feel as I did about her ability to ‘heal’.
I can not recommend or praise Helen highly enough"
